To Rent a Storage Unit Online

1. Select Unit Size

Please refer to the guide below and choose the size that would be best for you. 

2. Fill In Account Information

Make sure to accurately fill in your account information. Photo of Drivers License is required.

*Must be 18 years or older* 

3. Enter Billing Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When renting online, you agree that the card used will be automatically charged on the first of each month. 

4. Digitally Sign Agreement

Carefully read our Storage Unit Agreement and sign.

5. Use Combination To Unlock Unit

A combination will be sent to you via text and email. Use this to unlock the combination lock on the unit. 

6. Return Lock To Dropbox

Once the combination lock is removed, return it to our Dropbox across the street at West End Auto Sales within two days of renting the unit. You may use your own lock or purchase a disc lock for $10 at our office during normal business hours. 

*Failure to return combination lock within two days will result in a $25 lock replacement fee added to your account and may result in being locked out of your unit if unpaid*

If a unit size is unavailable, you can choose to be put on the waiting list. Just fill out your account information and as soon as one becomes available we will give you a call.
